Amos Elwell

Amos Elwell is a Master's student in the GWU English Department. Before coming to GW, they earned a Bachelor's degree from St. John's College, where they double majored in Philosophy and the History of Math and Science, with a double minor in Classics and Comparative Literature. At GW, their research focuses on literary and cultural depictions of intellectual and developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorder. They also work part-time as a caretaker for children with disabilities in their community.
