Minor in Creative Writing

Creative writing minors complete an introductory literature course and six upper-level writing course electives, with topics in fiction, poetry and dramatic writing. All creative writing minors must take some poetry and fiction courses.

 


Course Requirements

The following requirements must be fulfilled: 21 credits, including 6 to 9 credits in a genre, 9 to12 credits in additional creative writing courses, and one 3-credit introductory literature course.
